Products at solution stage are frozen through sublimation and desorption, then the solvent reduce to a certain extent, thereby preventing the formation of micro-organisms or chemical reaction between the solute and solvent that products can be preserved for a long time and maintained its nature.
Working Principle
We have two kinds of cooling and heating type:
1.The material is cooled or heated by conduction mode through the shelf without a separate frozen library. Shelf have automatic constant temperature function, completely deal with material requirements for freeze-drying process. Vacuum is fully automatic and multivariable control, effectively save energy and improve production efficiency.
2.The heating mode is radiation which is heating up fast, material is heated evenly. Dry base and freezer is independent ,can provide continuous production. Material transport by air rail trolley includes pretreatment-material freezer-drying box-final treatment. The freeze drying machine is suitable for high-volume production needs.

1.Chamber is made of stainless steel which meet high standards of product processing requirements.

Trap refrigeration ≤-60℃
3.Screw compressor is to use environmentally refrigerant R404a which is international brand
4.Lamellar has a constant temperature in the cooling and sublimation process.
5.Vacuum pump with high performance valve and roots pump have oil-water separating function.
6.Cold trap of water replenishing highly, defrosting fastly.
7.Electronic signature with American Electronic record of FDA CFR PART 11.

The Dry case is designed according to vacuum vessel of international standard. Case shape is horizontal cylinder. Exterior has multitasked stiffener to strengthen. Test the vacuum air impermeability after welding. Silicone rubber is used to seal between the drying case and the case door. Sight glass with light is set on the door. Hanger rail is set on the drying case to take the products get in and out.
